Do you have insurance?

We have 5 million pounds public liability insurance. A copy of our policy is available for inspection if requested. The hirer of the equipment is responsible for adult (18 or over) supervision of the children at all times. It is suggested that hirers consider taking out insurance to cover themselves.

What happens on the day of the hire?

We will arrive at the agreed time and check that the location is suitable. We will install the bouncy castle ourselves and confirm it is safe to use. We will give advice and instructions to the hirer. Payment is required at the time of delivery. At the end of the event we will collect the bouncy castle.

How safe are your bouncy castles?

Our bouncy castles are manufactured to the highest safety standard by leading British Manufacturers and comply with health and safety legislation. Our castles are tested by a competent 'register of play inspector international' (RPii) registered person when new and subsequently annually. Our safety test certificates are available for inspection. The electrical equipment is 'PAT' tested.
